Goal setting involves establishing specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-targeted (S.M.A.R.T ) goals. Goals management is important for employee and the company to work efficiently, to improve their skills and achieve their targets in a fixed time.
In Fego Employee can set self goals for a cycle, than they send the goals to the manager. The manager can make changes when necessary, and send back to the employee. Manager approves the goal when find it good. The conversation continues till the manager and employee comes to make an anonymous decision on, which goals to achieve for that particular cycle.
Fego is a performance management system that consists of 2 integrated modules: 360 Degree Feedback and Goals Management. You may use both in combination, or just pick the one you need, and disable the others.
